About the Youth Voice Executive Committee
The Youth Voice Executive Committee is a space for young people aged 11 to 19, and up to 25 if they have a Special Educational Need or Disability, to speak about issues that are important for young people. Our meetings and activities give young people the opportunity to bring attention to topics that matter to young people in Bucks.
If you are interested in joining, please email your name, age, and a little bit about yourself to YouthVoiceBucks@buckinghamshire.gov.uk, or call, text or WhatsApp Lucy on 07767 433826. We will then ask you to complete our Youth Voice Bucks registration form.
Our projects
In our meetings, we discuss lots of different topics, meet guests, and respond to consultations by sharing our opinions.
We also run a Winter and a Summer social each year to bond as a team and celebrate our work.
Bucks Youth Summit
The biggest project that the Youth Voice Executive Committee runs is the Bucks Youth Summit.

Extra opportunities
Members of the Youth Voice Executive Committee are also invited to take part in exciting youth voice projects as they arise. You can see some examples below.

Meeting dates
The meeting dates for Youth Voice Executive Committee from September to December 2025 are listed below.
- Thursday 11 September 2025 – 5-7:30pm
- Thursday 9 October 2025 – 5-7:30pm
- Thursday 13 November 2025 – 5-7:30pm
- Thursday 11 December 2025 – Winter Social
With the exception of the socials, which are in-person, all of our meetings are hybrid, so our members can come in-person or online. We change the in-person venue each time so that it moves around the county.
