What is the ‘Cloud of Voices’?
In the Summer Team-Builder this year, members of the Youth Voice Executive Committee (YVEC) and Shout Out for Send (SOfS) took part in an exciting team-building exercise designed to strengthen connections, boost confidence and foster collaboration.
The team-building exercise included a creative poster session, asking the question, ‘what does YVEC/SOfS mean to you?’.

Why is it important to have a Summer Team Builder?
Team-builders provide an inclusive space to foster unity and a sense of belonging.
They also provide an opportunity to celebrate the valuable contributions of young people who dedicate their time to representing the views and experiences of their peers across Buckinghamshire. The positive impact of their work is evident through activities such as the one described above!
The Summer team-builder is a relaxed summer event. This year it included ice cream decorating, taskmaster, karaoke, party food, and more 🎤🍕🍦. These promoted a welcoming, inclusive space to celebrate each other!
