Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure consultation
Introduction
Over the next 5 to 10 years and beyond, Buckinghamshire Council is going to build lots of cycle lanes and paths.
The Council are working on a plan for creating these new walking and cycling routes, connecting our towns, villages and rural areas.
This is called the Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan (LCWIP).
The plan includes a list of which places should be connected to which other places through these new routes, and they’re hoping to get lots of feedback from people – including young people – on whether they’ve connected the right places.
They’d also like to know how the routes could be designed to make sure the new paths and cycle lanes work well and meet people’s needs.
The Survey
The Council has launched a survey to gather this feedback.
