Caudwell Youth Collective
The Caudwell Youth Collective (CYC) is Caudwell Youth’s young person’s forum. It engages young people in decision making and encourages them to use their voices to help shape the charity.
Our CYC members are those who we support through our mentoring service, and any interested young person is welcome to join the CYC once their mentoring is underway.
What we do:
- Plan Caudwell Youth events like the summer picnic and our winter festive evening
- Sit in on interview panels for new staff and give feedback
- Design marketing content
- Judge on staff values awards
- Meet other departments in the charity to share our views

How young people can get involved:
Young People can refer themselves into Caudwell Youth if they would like to receive mentoring support.
