Aylesbury Youth Town Council (AYTC) strives to be the voice for local youth:
- Engage with consultation opportunities
- Have your say in monthly meetings
- Plan and deliver youth-led projects
- Volunteer at community events
Want to join AYTC?
If you would like to learn more about what’s involved in becoming a member, or express your interest in joining, then please contact Emily at emily.campbell@aylesburytowncouncil.gov.uk
Interested young people will be asked to complete the AYTC application form. Please let Emily know if you need help completing the form.
To apply you must live within 5 miles of Aylesbury Town and be 13 – 19 years old.
All members of AYTC are expected to complete their minimum commitment each year, which involves 14 hours of volunteering at Town Council community events, attending at least 1 face-to-face meeting every three months, and supporting the delivery of 2 AYTC-led projects. Young people are encouraged to consider if they can meet this commitment alongside their studies.
